Affiliate Program Terms

1. Program basics

• You earn a 50% lifetime recurring commission on attributed paid subscriptions you refer.
• Attribution is last-click via a 60-day tracking cookie.
• Approved commissions are paid monthly, in USD, with no minimum payout threshold.
• A commission becomes payable only after the referred customer's payment has cleared and any refund or chargeback window has passed.

2. Prohibited conduct

The following are grounds for suspension and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

• No brand bidding. You may not run paid search or ads (Google Ads, Bing Ads, or similar) bidding on "upload-post", "uploadpost", the Upload-Post brand, common misspellings or variants, nor use them in display URLs or as the ad destination.
• No self-referral. You may not refer yourself, your own account, or your own business.
• No related, family, or household accounts. Your affiliate account is personal to you and may not be transferred, assigned, shared, or operated by anyone else. You may not pass your participation to — or open additional affiliate accounts for — family members, members of your household or family unit, or other related parties, and you may not earn commissions on subscriptions purchased by you, your family, or members of your household. You also may not operate multiple affiliate accounts.
• No incentivized or forced traffic. No cookie stuffing, hidden iframes, pop-unders, or forced clicks.
• No spam. No unsolicited email or DMs, comment spam, or fake/bot traffic.
• No misrepresentation. Do not impersonate Upload-Post or promise features, pricing, or discounts that do not exist.
• No unauthorized coupons. Do not create or advertise discount codes.

3. Program rights

• Approval, rejection, and suspension of affiliates are at Upload-Post's discretion.
• Commission clawback: commissions tied to refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent or abusive activity are reversed.
• These terms may change with notice; continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

4. Governing terms

These Affiliate Program Terms supplement and form part of the Upload-Post Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. They are governed by the laws of Spain, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga. Where there is a conflict specific to the affiliate program, these Affiliate Program Terms prevail.
